    A: Just give us a call and we’ll see if we can help. Ordering the wrong part is "No Problem" we’ll hold out 20% of the purchase price to cover the shipping and restock.
  • Q: How do you know your parts are functional?
    A: Before we recycle a TV we know what the problem is and remove the bad part. The TV’s come from repair shops that have already done the diagnostics. This is what separates us from our competitors. Our TVs are not "Dumpster Finds" that have been ripped apart.
  • Q: Does ElectronicTVParts.com ship internationally?
    A: ElectronicTVParts.com is not set up to ship out the country.

    A: We always call (if possible) to make sure you ordered the right part.
  • Q: How fast do you ship out parts?
    A: Typically within 24 hours. Exceptions include weekends and Holidays. You can always call to double check.

    A: We need to call you before we ship to verify we’re sending you the right part.
